Getting the hotel

The most convenient airport for MNS 2027 is Tangier Ibn Battouta International Airport (TNG). The hotel reports that the airport is approximately 8 km away, with a journey of around 15 minutes, depending on traffic.

An airport shuttle/transfer can be arranged through the Hilton. Hilton currently lists this service as chargeable, starting from MAD 350 each way. As prices and arrangements may change before June 2027, delegates should confirm the current rate directly with the hotel when booking.

For international delegates arriving with luggage, particularly late in the evening, pre-arranging the Hilton transfer may be the simplest option.



Arriving from other Moroccan cities

Delegates travelling through Casablanca, Rabat or other Moroccan cities can continue to Tangier by domestic flight, road or rail. Tangier is connected to Morocco's main rail network, and the hotel reports that it is approximately 20 minutes by car from Tangier railway station. Hilton Content Hub

The resort is outside central Tangier, so delegates arriving at the railway station should plan a taxi or pre-arranged transfer for the final part of their journey.



Passport & visa information

International participants should check Morocco's entry requirements well before travelling, as visa requirements depend on nationality.

The Moroccan National Tourist Office advises foreign visitors to travel with a valid passport. Tourist visits are generally limited to a maximum of 90 days, and travellers who require an e-Visa or AEVM (Electronic Travel Authorization to Morocco) can apply through Morocco's official Accès Maroc system. Currency & payments

The local currency is the Moroccan dirham (MAD). Currency-exchange facilities are available at airports, banks, hotels and exchange offices. ATMs are widely available, and Visa and Mastercard are accepted by most hotels and by many restaurants, shops and petrol stations.

It is nevertheless useful to carry some dirhams for taxis, small purchases and other incidental expenses.

Practical information for MNS delegates

The resort is approximately 18 km from central Tangier, so delegates wishing to explore the Medina, Corniche and other parts of the city should allow for transport time. Nearby attractions include the Caves of Hercules, approximately 10 km from the hotel, while the coastal town of Asilah is approximately 25 km away.
